From those early days, the studio slowly grew into the warm, creative community I now hold very close to my heart. Before opening Gloworm, I worked as a freelance artist and illustrator and taught art to children in many different settings — from school residencies to museum programs, including the de Young Museum in San Francisco. My name is Nat, Pleased to meet you! I’m an artist, musician and teacher at Gloworm Studios. I grew up in Adelaide and have been an art kid since the day I was born! You couldn’t stop me drawing, painting, singing, dancing and just creating nonsense! After finishing school I went on to complete a Bachelor of Visual Arts and Applied design at Adelaide College of the Arts and very soon after made the big move to Melbourne which I now call home. I then completed my Masters of Teaching at Monash University, Specialising in Visual arts.
